BACK ON BOARD!

HEY! wow well i guess i missed a few days in the last week! sorry i dont feel like writing alot, like baout new years eve and saying goodbye to Omaha and family and freinds and all of that- they were important and deserve a blog, but i am lazy.....they all went well. I left Omaha at 4:30 am on monday morning, and drove all day and got to salt lake monday night. I spent the night at Matt's grandparents house (the guy i rode out with) and then we woke up at like 6 AM to drive to rexburg. the roads were a little icy but not bad, and we made it to IF by about 10 am. I met up with sven (a happy reunion) and then we picked up Kori and McKenzie and headed to GRAND TARGHEE!! We hit the slopes about 12:45 pm and Sven took us over to waterfall and a little beyond that to all these untracked powder trails and thru trees and all kinds of things, and it was so fun!! I tried going off logs and off of these little drop off cliffs and it was this windy bumpy half pipe thing. I had never been over there (i am not sure WHY, after 2 years at targhee and i now JUST discover this?!?) so we had fun. I fell so much it was insane- i think i forgot how to board or somthing crazy like that. I havent been since the first of november though, so i feel a little better, but hopefully i will be better tomorrow. I am pretty sore, especially my neck, becuase i landed on my head once or twice......haha anyhoo then while we were packing up our stuff some guys in a truck pulled up and asked us if we wanted to go get some dinner with them, so we were going to, but sven had to get going. I think he was just jealous. But it was funny that after a long day of boarding where we were soaking wet and looking like crap guys tried to pick us up! HAHA crazy. SO i went back to Kori's house and hung out while sven worked out (i forgot all my workout stuff...DANG). I am tired now though. and we are goin back up to the 'ghee tomorrow so that should be sweet! and JO comes too! YAHOO! angela i miss you i wish you were here to show me around waterfall!! well everyone, i'm OUT!
