GLACIER!

Well, last weekend, thursday night, after biking, me, Clarissa, and Spencer decided to leave rexburg at 12 am and drive five hours to meet jenny and garry in Great Falls. We crashed at their house for a few hours and then drove a couple hours to Glacier National Park in Montana. Holy gorgeous. i had no idea montana had stuff like that. wow. it was a lot of fun! Parker and Olivia provided lots of entertainment for us and we went on some little day hikes thru the park. Green and turquois lakes, all glassy, snowy peaks and green green mountainsides! i loved it! we hiked to a waterfall and it was so pretty! We camped at mcdonald lake that night, and Garry and I went on this RAVE run along the lake, right at sunset!! it was sooo cool, the lake was dyed all pink and orange and the mountains in the background made it so amazing. And he, being taller and faster than me, helped keep my speed up, and that felt good. Saturday was canoeing and hiking around with jen and garry and the kids which was fun, i went to the hotel and played with parker. Sunday was a chilling day, we took a walk thru the park that had a forrest fire, so it was kind of like a charcoal forrest! then camped that night, had a weenie roast and smores, because Parker hadnt done that kind of thing before. Then monday we headed home! pretty drive though- i want to move to kallispell or somwhere around there...We back to school- for summer i am staying suprisingly busy with volunteer things and school work. and adventure racing! We have the teton dam marathon relay this weekend which i am really excited about!! yesterday i went climbing like, all day long. The afternoon was with sven and then the evening with some other friends that i kind of just met, but they were really cool. I need to start making time for homework. well, right now i am starting to bore even myself so i will sign off...thanks for playing!
