Finished!

Well, the spudman is over!! it was so much fun! It went great!! I definitely could have done better had i trained a little more, since i hardly trained at all, and i am basically the slowest biker in the state (well close anyways), but it went well!! i beat my time from last year by about 20 minutes, so i guess the road bike DID make a difference! and it wasnt all that hard to use. i kind og liked it!! it was pretty comfy, so thanks jackie (it was her bike :) But i think my time was somewhere around 2:50, but thats estimated because it was done in waves, and i was in the third wave....anyways, the official times will be posted next week. But i had SO much fun! we camped out the night before and did the whole carb dinner thing and all, and then woke up early as to make it to the start!! I love triathlons, because they are varied so all types of people can do then, and there is so much that goes into the race, with the swim, the bike AND the run. sometimes intense, sometimes fun, sometimes sucks. three hours of emotional rollercoasters....hahah thats exhausting enough, not to mention the physical part. And the food at the end was GREAT! tons of fresh fruit! well i am really tired right now, and i jsut wanted to report that the race went great (this was kind of long, considering thats all i needed to say...sorry) anyways i better jet!!! i will post pictures when i get them- hopefully SOON!
