Summertime...and the livins easy

Well, for some reason i keep getting these wierd junk mail posts on here. i didnt think you could get junk mail even on your blog! UGH thats annoying. i will have to figure out how to fix that. Brian could help me, he's a computer nerd.
In other news, this week has been good so far, even though its only tuesday. i am officially done with Wilderness first aid, certified, and done with all of that. it was a fun class, but i dont feel like i got TOO much out of the class...i hope i can get into Wilderness frist responder, thats a lot more intense and i would probably be more competent after that class. if i can get into that, i will probably stay for the first fall block, until the middle of october. meanwhile, i only have one final left, tomorrow, and i have a ton of HW to do before it, because i have this whole learning log/journal thing i need to do before then. You know, one of those semester long projects i forgot to keep up on....but you know what they say: if you dont procrastinate, what will you do tomorrow? HAH i like that one.
I took katie gleed kayaking yesterday for her first time, that was so fun! i was teaching her jsut some paddling and t-rescue stuff on Rigby lake, which was a lot of fun. i hardly ever get to hang out with her anymore! But i accidentally knocked her in the face with my boat, and now her cheekbone is swollen and bruised. it was kind of funny, but sad at the same time! haha
Anyhoo, we are having Meg Wheatley's bachelorette party tonite, wow this is like the third one in a few weeks. my friends are dropping like flies! crazytown eh? but i love her to death it will be fun. And we are supposed to go raft the hoback on the snake this afternoon, but i just heard the weather, and it is only supposed to be in the 60s and 70s all over the area. that stinks. it will be a cold boat day...Well, we will see. for now i need to go get some work done before we leave for jackson!! one more day of school and then i'm OUT! and you better beleive some kickin trips are taking place before this summer ends...i have some ideas: havasupai, california, vegas, canyoneering in southern utah and hiking in the tetons. we will see which of those work out. if anyone wants to jump in and tag along, call me!! love you guys! homework calls!!
