If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

I've always been afraid of clowns, not really sure why. Maybe, it's because when I was young my father took me to a circus and a clown killed him. Deep Thought by Jack Handy
ok, that clown thing is weird. I think we would still cut trees down if they screamed. Kind of like we still shoot deer and they scream. Maybe tree cutting would become more of a sport and we would have to regulate it and sell tags and stuff.
p.s. every time I comment and have to enter those random letters so I can log in I feel like I'm doing one of those typing exercises that you do in elementry school
