run world, run

well its been good lately. i mean, i spent all my money this weekend and bought myself some NEW TELE SKIS!! with black diamond tele bindings, and looking up the price of skis and bindings, i think i got a pretty rockin deal. anyhoo i also got a handy dandy black diamond day pack. its cool, and red. anyway, then i came home and got back into school. loads and loads of fun of course. Oh- i am running the moab marathon on saturday...i am a little unprepared since i havent been training too well. i have been running and skiing consistently, but i havent dont any long runs. which is the important part. I did a 13 miler last week, andi felt really good afterward, not sore or anything, so i think i will be okay. but i still wish i would have trained a little better. But this weekend will be pretty sweet- we (kori, jo, sven, john, and britney and i) are all heading to moab. we leave wed night. Thursday will hopefully bike porcupine rim, and friday do mideval canyon and some climbing. Then saturday, we will run 26 miles...haha. and head up to SLC for conference. i am excited for that, its always good these days. anyway, so thats wahts going on this weekend, and i am pretty stoked. I am going to play ultimate frisbee this afternoon, i am joining a team i think for the season, which will be fun because its been a while since i played. Anyway, well i better go get some HW done and then go play! keep on rockin the free world.
