TOday was the last day of my backcountry ski class. bummer summer. I liked that class a lot. we skied up stateline today and it was so warm- i was sweaty mcgee. but the snow was so wet and soft that your skis would stick and turning was really not an option for me today. i skied the worst i ever have!! and i am going to go ahead and blame that on the crappy snow conditions. We had to leave early before the snow got to unstable, so we got back to rexburg at like, 3:30 pm, in time to go slackline at the park for a while!! it was sweet. i love slacklining. whenever you do it, you have to totally be in 'the zone' and concentrating so hard, yet relaxed. its a cool feeling. well i am going to go. i have a cross country ski trip to mesa falls tomorro, but it will be crappy if we dont get any snow- we were there on wed, and the snow was rock hard. not good. well anyways have a good weekend everybody!

Honestly--will you stop living the life?? It is like you are trying to recreate New Zealand or something. Ran into Ash Wood on Monday, we gossiped about you for a good 10 minutes...so if you ever wanted to come down and party with us...MAYBE we will let you...

Mare-Hey, I haven't spoken with you in ages, perhaps I'll call you one of these days. Sounds like skiing has been a blast, although I must say its weird to hear you speak of skiing and not boarding. Welp, wanted to say hi and I miss you and can't wait to see you whenever I do!
