where are you going?

So i was browsing the web (i know, instead of doing HW) and i ran across this amazing website- its called www.roadtripnation.com, and its all about students who find themselves stuck in a rut, not knowing what they want out of life...you know, like most of us in college. So they go on these road trips and interview all sorts of people to find out how they got to be who they are...i guess PBS does a story on them, and i thought it was a really good idea. maybe i should do it. They give students grants to go on road trips, and discover things and write about them or document them, and that would be cool. anyway you should all check it out and maybe buy the t-shirt to support them.

yo mary! We should go climbing today...oh wait...it's snowing!!! Remind me again why we love Idaho? Ok, I'm sorry, I'll stop...Idaho is great. So I'd like to have dinner for everyone tomorrow again. It probably won't be as extravagant. Let me know if it works for you. Peace!

I forgot to comment on the road trip thing. I think it sounds cool. I'd love to do it. Especially if they will give you a grant. Awesome, someone who will pay you to "find yourself". My new motto is "do as much as you can while you can". It's not that you can't do as much when you are married and have kids and stuff, but it's that the stuff you can do changes. So I say when you're young and single do lots of what young and single people do. When you are married and having kids, have tons of kids, cook a lot, have a cool garden, drive a station wagon and hum nursery rhymes in your head. ok, I'm at work and I really don't want to be...can you tell? I feel like I am being forced to be a grownup! I don't like it!
