And the beat goes on....

Well, alaska life is good so far. Kori(the girl in all the pics) and I played this weekend- i took her kayaking down the Kenai River (which was pretty fun, it rained, nay- POURED! on us). We put in at Skilak Lake and yakked down the river to Bing's Landing, which is my sterling, for those familiar with the pennnsula. anyhoo that was cool, poor little kori was shivering her little bones off, haha. But i had some meat to keep me warmer. AHA- another reason to be thankful for my gut. Saturday, we went to ANC and shopped with ma and pa, which means we saw a lot of Sam's Club. (PS my dad flew up here- suprised my mom!). We picked up aunt Diane, Joyce, and Uncle Leon and stayed at this little B&B for the night. Then we went sightseeing all the way down the penninsula. Just like real tourists! But today will be cool- we are going to Seldovia on a little boat and staying in a cottage (for those of you who dont know- seldovia is this sweet as little town on this bluff, and you can only boat or fly there...its SO pretty!), and we will fish and play. anyway thats the plan, stan. Well, i will post pics soon, one of these days. i dont have a camera, so i just use everyone else's. later!!
