WFR

Well, we have started our WIlderness First Responder course. it is pretty cool. we are learning this intense first aid, like how to deal with broken femurs and spine injuries and all of that. There is a lot of studying involved, and practicing on people, which i havent been great at. But the scenarios are cool, and i think i am learning a lot. This morning i went rock climbing and so i decided to lead a 5.9 or 10, not sure which, and it was pretty cool. THe hard part was from the first to the second bolt, and i even fell!! i was kind of happy, i took my first lead fall. i needed that. its not as bad as i thought. and, it was only like, 5 feet. anyway i was happy. then we climbed this big, long crack called the green monster, which was long enough to tire me out. YAY fun. then, rode bikes, got slurpies, layed out at the pool...i am lobing this summer thing. and soaking it up before i head to alaska where it will be more like fall down here. but still fun. i am SO excited for alaska...i cant wait!! anyho sorry i havent gotten any pics up yet- will try to soon. just relax. i am.
