Well, in alaska, you dont have to go far from civilization to camp...in fact, there are camping spots right in town...we dont beleive in 'roughing it' too badly..look close and discover we can enjoy cell phone service, parking lots, and many other amenities, as well as a great view from virtually ANY spot. wow. i miss backpacking.

Hi mary, I thought Alaska was wildernes. I car camp sometimes but most people convince me that I'm trying to be homeless. I like the moonstone shot. If I had the money, that picture would convince me to buy one.

Looks like my kind of camping, good friends, lots of grass, nice soft car, no bears, great soda, and good cell coverage!! Now that's the life!
