well...today was great. i was supposed to lead a biking trip, but the weather turned from awesome yesterday to crappy today. cancelled. then, 4 pm rolls around, and guess what? SUNNY! oh yeah. Can we top that? sure- i just BOMBED my accounting test. i didnt think it would go THAT bad, but yes, it did. great. i guess this is turning more into a complaining blog lately. sorry about that. posts are scarce until i organize myself better and start making time for it. for now, just short blurbs. gotta go, homework calls.
PS i got an internship in st george with the parks and rec crew. they want me to start in august and stay til june. thats a long time! but i am thinking of doing it. any input?

Hey! st george isnt THAT far away from me, how much time off would you get? wow, a whole year there....that would be crazy. it all depends on if you think you'd like st. george. i mean they do have good rocks and all, and i bet it would be a fun job. anyways, i think it would be cool to see you!
Do you start at the beginning of August? Meaning like no time to visit Alaska? You did just say you miss it! And I miss you. I stopped at the medeecenter today and saw your dad. He's a funny guy! And Anna had an ectopic pregnancy (where the baby starts growing in the fallopian tube) so she had to have an emergency surgery in the middle of the night sunday night and get it removed. Scary stuff. Maybe I"ll try calling you tomorrow!
love ya

That's a bummer about the weather. It's been bad here too, but I did go hiking in the snowy slush anyways. The internship would be an awesome experience, other options are Alaska? I say why not St. George if you think you'll like it. I'm probably coming up to Idaho the end of this month to help train the new Badgers. We'll have to play.
wow that stinks... how are you going to spend thanksgiving skiing in Garmish if you're in St. George?!?! Sorry about the crappy day.
mare,
sorry to hear about the dilema, or is it 'on the horns of a dilema'? Any road, good luck with that. And by the way you should know accounting, 'cause then when you have "Big Emmy's Hike, Bike and Rock Climbing Service and Training Center for the Outdoor Recreationally Challenged", you'll be able to know if you're actually paying the bills or making a profit. Any which way you can, I guess.
love dad--RWH
I SAY NO TO ST GEORGE, COME TO ALASKA! SAY, ALYESKA.
