NEW

new leaf.
new job.
new attitude.I thought last night that i wanted to just run away from st george and maybe it was a bad idea to come in the first place. but then i remembered one of the seven habits (yes, i DID learn something in college). Be Proactive. SO i decided i am responsible to be happy and i can choose how to react to situations. I can make the best of things and not whine. So thats what i am doing. and its working out well on day one. I'll keep you posted. if i complain more, leave a comment and tell me to make an effort, not an excuse.
that is all.

good job. its better to decide that now than later! you know , if you havnt seen Pursuit of Happiness, it would be a good movie to cheer you up to what you have. its always hard when you first move somewhere, we learned that every time we moved right? but it always turns out to be a good move. once you meet some friends, and you will, you always do, you will have so much to do there with Zions, and lakes, and moab's not too far is it? you'll love it!-cassie

Mary-I was wondering "Can you fix my car? Then we're probly not related, because I"m Brian Fellowes!" I loved talking to you yesterday. I miss talking to you. Now that you're all done with school, we must do that more often! Okay, gotta skitter. More amazing pictures of Alaska to come on my blog!

Mare.
Love the pics of the desert, it can actually be a trully amazing place. Remember to tell yourself, all this is for your good, the experience is the important thing you are here for, the play is only secondary. love and miss you.

It is said that President Wilford Woodruff loved work. “To him it was a blessing, a privilege. … His toil in the canyons, his sweat in the harvest field, … were all important parts in divine economy.

“Instead of turning me against work, this ingrained in me the attitude that sensible people work hard to attain sensible goals—a philosophy I still adhere to.” (“An Authentic Work Ethic: I. The Path to Achievement,” Reader’s Digest, Jan. 1977, p. 149.)

You, me, and the heavens are God's handywork. Work is a divine principle. It isn't always fun, "But I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, his greatest fulfillment of all he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious." - Vince Lombardi
