Me and b- rad all floury for hare krishna.
SO every March, the Hare Krishna people have a big festival with dancing and food and a giant colored flour fight at their temple. ANd this year, i was lucky enough to go! A bunch of us went and got traditional sweet looking clothing to wear, purchased lots and lots of dyed flour, and joined in the festivities! The bon fire lights, and instantly a thousand people start throwing flour every which way. Eyes, mouth, hair, nose, clothes. It covers EVERYTHING.and in ten minutes, when the rainbow cloud clears, you have a huge crowd that looks like it was dipped in tie dye. Holy freaking cow i loved it. I think maybe we need to start doing this more often...
