I just don't think I could stand to be in Canada for that long. ZGood luck to you, and remember not to eat the pancakes or hot dogs.

yeah, I'm with Jenny on this one. People go CRAZY being in Canada for a long time! Remember how happy we were to cross into Washington on our drive?! But this will be a little different I'm guessing. And how long will this take? And are you really going to get that close to Alaska and not stop in for a visit?!?!? Miss you Mare! And Brad!

p.s. hoolop. the word verification today!

I think that's awesome. . . and I think you guys should make a month long detour and head through the Tetons. Oh-- and I agree with everyone else. I have a feeling that endless Canola fields (manitoba? Sascatchuwan?) and endless forest (BC) will have that feeling like you're biking through a cartoon. That french couple said that the hardest part of their world bike tour (all of europe, the "stans", china, japan, the cargo ship across, alaska, canada and the US) the hardest part was through BC because the whole thing was the same. But I bet it will be the coolest adventure of your lives. Luf you long time and Jackson (aka me) will miss you dearly.

The trip across Canada could be emotionally, vocabularily, physically, and psychologically damaging, possibly with long term side effects and consequences. It will likely require long term therapy, in a culturally diverse, esthetically pleasing and comforting surrounding, like Sterling, AK. (Alaska not Arkansas). So let me know when you get close to the border of the land of the formerly free, and home of the used to be brave, (49th state), and I can come rescue you 2.
