Hey guys! its been a while since i last wrote, mostly because i really havent been around a computer for a while......i left provo, went to North Dakota for thanksgiving and now i am back in Omaha. Until the end of the year (january). THanksgiving was good, i went to Becky Ricks house (which i LOVE) and we planned a little 5K turkey trot the morning of. It turned out to be only beckys family and me and my nephew, but it was fun! we marked out a course, had water and oranges for an aid station (which my 5 year old neice manned) and a toilet paper finish line! it was a good time! My 8 year old nephew David ran 1.5 miles with me, and that was impressive! We wanted to have a turkey bowl after that but everyone had to get going. so i didnt get to play footbal but thats okay! we went to some friends' house and hung out and chatted until dinner, which was awesome! i love food- i mean c'mon folks, isnt that what its all about?! I was thankful for things though, family, friends, food, and the world really. We headed home the day after and drove through the night, arriving home at 4 am this morning. ITs kind of wierd to be home, we will see how things turn out...Back to having my own ward, family, and home for now. We will figure out soon enough if this was a good decision... anyhoo well i am about done writing for now- i want to hear about all of your trips and breaks, they all sounded like they would be fun! Mare-- nice job on the 5k! What a cool idea! I want to do that with my family over Christmas break, so I hope you don't mind that I jock your style.
