Today was a good day. Went on a little bike ride and run with Angela this morning. We biked up toRock Canyon, and ut was B-E-A-utiful! It was a really long gradual hill that gave me a pretty good workout, and then we ran on this trail (the bonneville shoreline trail) which had some pretty intense hills that didnt help my already dead legs. I started with dead legs and finished with even deader ones. if that makes sense. Anyhoo, it was so pretty up there and jo, those hills on that trail that we ran made me think that you would love to bike it. Youre so hardcore with hills, that i will always remember. hah. Anyways the ride back home was AWESOME because it was all downhill and i FLEW on my bike. I think that skydiving and riding downhill fast on a bike are as close as you can get to flying. You can beat that feeling. That and carving down a perfect powder chute on a big mountain. Thats what heaven will be like i think.
I hung out with Angela the rest of the morning because its like out last time before i leave for the BIG O and she goes on a mission. sad huh? But it was fun. We got lunch and the guy at the creamery gave us big fat ice creams in the kiddie size cups. HAH i love that. one of those little things you have to appreciate. But anyway, THEN i had a new zealand meeting and it got me REALLY excited about it!! we were looking at all the itineraries and trips we were taking and it is going to be AWESOME! i cant even explain it. well i gotta get going, because i gotta go to idaho now! i love idaho. probably almost as much as angela. :)
