HEY GUYS!! sorry this took me a while to post- we have been traveling, and i never have time to get on the internet- we have to pay for it at hostels- its like 5 or 6 bucks an hour!! anyhoo i LOVE new zealand!!~! its amazing- its so beautiful and there are so many cool trails- they go thru the jungle and along beaches and i love it! i have been running everyday since i got here because its like exploring everyplace we got and i see lots of things that way!! We went blackwater rafting, where we went tubing down in caves with lots of glow worms all over the inside,s they looked like stars!! it was cool! we stay in backpackers inns and youth hostles, which are SO cool, i LOVE them! they are jsut community rooms and big kitchen and lounge areas and its really fun to see allthe different people!! we were talking to some kids form NZ today that thought our 'american accents' were really cool and they loved to hear about the US- they liked my abercrombie shirt! haha they are like 'its totally american!!' anyways tomorrow we will hopefully go climbing with sven- wea re in rotarua, and its awesome!! look it up!! welli have to run, my net time is up! KIA ORA! (its like a maori greeting they all say here)

MARE! That sounds sick! For some reason I really liked the glow worms-- it sounds like such an adventure there! I love hostels too-- you always meet such a diverse group of people from all these different backgrounds. . but every seems to share the same nomadic spirit-- so you can relate. I miss you guys! I'm glad things are going well!
Mary! holy cow! It sounds like you are having tons of fun. Can I just say I am jealous! Sheesh. Especially about the blackwater rafting and getting to spend time with the locals. Keep us posted!
Hey mary! man that sounds really cool!!! i have Never heard of glow worms?! i havnt heard much about glowing anything. except fireflies. thats cool though. american accent? serious? did they sound like austrailians? man mary, i wish i was there with you!!! you'l have to take me and dan back there. we are gona be moving in 2 to 3 weeks to our new state. im pumped. i cant wait to go outsite and rollerblade, or hike, or anything outside! well good luck! talk to ya later!
