that looks like a cold winter sunset. its kinda funny, sunsets here still sorta can look like a wintery sunset because the sun is more south in the sky, so its lower, but its not cold! so which classes are you taking again? are you taking one at targhee?

But up here in the last frontier, the sunlight on the snow covered mtns is just a gentle pastel of pinkish-orange hues, because the sun is so low in the sky that it has to go through so much atmosphere, it bends and filters the lights kind of like a prizm, happens nowhere else but above the arctic ring (or circle).
