Good luck up there

President Faust died today. Thought that was worth mentioning.

"Private choices are not private. They all have public consequences...Our society is the sum total of what milions of individuals do in their private lives. That sum total of private behavior has worldwide public consequences of enormous magnitude. There are no completely private choices".
-President James E. Faust May 1987 Ensign

"In this life we have to make many choices. Some are very important choices. Some are not. Many of our choices are between good and evil. The choices we make, however, determine to a large extent our happiness or our unhappiness, because we have to live with the consequences of our choices. Making perfect choices all of the time is not possible. It just doesn't happen. But it is possible to make good choices we can live with and grow from."

-President James E. Faust on Choices

I think the old man knew what he was talking about...

Well I told you that I would be better at commenting on your blog so here you go. Thanks for the chat it was a long time coming, but good. I hope that you are well. Sounds like you are doing well there in St. George. It is a very sad thing to hear that Faust passed on, but at the same time it is nice for us to know that they two are human. For me at least for me I get the feeling that they are above such trivial things and this is kind of my realization that these real men of genius aren't going to always be here to help us out. Sure they will be replaced with another called of god, but some of them you grow up with learning from and just figure they will be with you to the end. Well enough from me. Have a great day.

He was well loved. I always listened more intently when he was speaking in conference.
