Your big sister took 50# of prime Alaskan Halibut, and Salmon, and Moose, with her to the old country, and the customs conficated it, saying they do not allow any fish, meat or dairy into the country, but gave her one package of 'but cheeks to take with her. now if the rule IS REALLY a rule, then they should have not allowed any. So my suspicion is that they just wanted some $20/lb fish for home use themselves and figured the Yanks could use a good srewing that day, what do you think, mare?
