things here are going well, we have been consumed these last few weeks with everyones problems, and i find my self wondering how christ took upon himself all the problems and sins of the entire human race, when i feel weighed down with just those few of el elstor, guatemala. but, we will work on and pray harder, to be able to help the people here build more faith and strength to resist the problems that are attacking this world.
today we had a p day in teleman, which is about an hour and a half away, with our zone, it was tons of fun and jsut what i needed, we played a pretty intese game of volleyball, all the people on the streets were stopping to watch, ti was funny. i brought my slackline and we played a bit on that, then we went on a tiny hike to see a really cool view, and ate lunch and ice cream! wahoo!!! anyhoo sorry this is a bit boring. this week we are going to try and have some activities with with branch to try and get people a little more excited and involved, we are having a bit family night thursday and a primary activity saturday. we are going to try and do weekly things, so if anyone has ideas of games and how we can apply them to scriptures, life, etc, please email me all you have,. we are always looking for fun ways to apply the gospel, because these people learn so much faster with hands on things and being able to see concepts. words are a weak point. so think and rack your brains for ideas.
anyhoo, this upcoming week hopefully we have a baptism, if we can swing a wedding as well. pray for that! we need all the faith we can get heading to heaven to get things done down here. anyhoo, thats about all i have for now. i love this work, i love the gospel, and i know that its the only way we can be happy. read the book, pray about it, and even if you have before, you will get an answer again. its a powerful thing to get that witness again and again. i love that th e Lord is always willing to talk to us if we sincerely want to listen. i love you all, and i will talk to you next week!! thanks for all your prayers and support!!!
